I was born in Germany and moved to Austin, Texas, as a child. My interest in spirituality and the divine has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I became a Christian in high school, and my journey ultimately led me to the Catholic Church, where I found a deep connection with the rich history and traditions of the faith. That said, I find spiritual connection through the mystics and poets of many traditions and paths.

I am currently a candidate in the Spiritual Direction certification program at the Haden Institute, where I am deepening my knowledge and understanding of the spiritual direction process. As a member of Spiritual Directors International, I adhere to their code of ethics, which ensures that the spiritual direction process is a safe and supportive space for all.

In my personal life, I enjoy meeting Spirit through hiking in the woods near my home in San Marcos, Texas. There is something special about being surrounded by nature that makes it easier to connect with the divine. I also find joy in spending time with my pooch Calculus, who never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Reading is another passion of mine, and I often find myself immersed in books that explore the mysteries and meaning of life. And of course, I love having conversations about spirituality, the questions of Life, and everything in between.

I believe that the spiritual journey is unique to each person, and I am honored to accompany individuals on their path. My goal as a spiritual director is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their relationship with the Mystery and find meaning and purpose in their lives.
